We are always sabotaging ourselves. We do it in ways we might not even recognize. In this episode I will tell you about examples how I did sabotage myself, ways you might sabotage yourself and how to stop it.

Ways of sabotage

  • Pick a fight
  • Get sick
  • Get annoyed
  • Clutter
  • Netflix and chill
  • Avoid doing something
  • Blame others

You sabotage yourself on the same level as you celebrate yourself

At every level you will sabotage yourself again.

When you don’t do the work, it will always keep coming back.

There is power in recognizing your sabotage

When you do one small thing you didn’t think you could do, it strengthens you for the next.

Celebrate every little thing
